Acquisition Criteria:

Properties under-performing due to distressed ownership, deferred maintenance, poor management execution and/or in need of cosmetic or major rehabilitation.

Preferred markets:

Dallas-Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and select Texas secondary markets. Denver, Charlotte, Raleigh, Nashville, Tampa, Orlando and select secondary markets in the Southeast.

Deal Sourcing:

Brokers will be protected and compensated for exclusive or “off-market” opportunities.
